You may have the apk on your system, just search for otm.apk under your internet services container. I still wouldn't recommend using it as it's becoming unreliable since it's not being actively developed.
It's also on the "click here" section for android in the following page, but this site may go down in the near future.

The FC Mobile app for android hasn't been supported for quite some time. We had previously asked Google to remove it from the app store and they finally did it.
The supported mobile app for android is FC Go.
