CENTRINITY TEAMS WITH BELLZINC TO DELIVER UNIFIED MESSAGING TO SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESS ACROSS CANADA

RICHMOND HILL, ON, CANADA - November 1, 2001 - Centrinity Inc. (TSE: CTI), which develops and markets the FirstClass Communications Platform, today announced that the company's FirstClass Unified Communications technology is now available through Bell Zinc's business Web destination to its more than 200,000 members nationwide.  Unified Messaging Service from Bell Zinc Corporation (www.bellzinc.ca) enables users to access all of their voice, email and fax messages from one single mailbox via their laptop, telephone or cell phone. Last January, Centrinity and BellZinc announced a partnership to provide small and medium-sized businesses with a cost-effective communications tool that would enable users to take control of their information, increase individual and organization-wide communications while helping them to remain one step ahead of the competition.

"In today's competitive landscape it is important for service providers to increase their product portfolio and offer enhanced services to their customers," said Elroy Jopling, principal analyst, Dataquest. "By offering services such as unified communications to their customers, service providers are able to increase marketshare and build new revenue streams. In addition, it  is a cost-effective strategy that helps them to reduce churn and provide their customers with a choice for their communication needs."

Centrinity's award-winning FirstClass Unified Communications technology provides true unified messaging capability by seamlessly integrating all
traditional messaging mediums including email, voice mail and fax into one unified mailbox. Users are able to access important data and messages via the BellZinc business Web destination via the device of their choice - anytime, anywhere. In addition users can access their personal email, address book and calendar.

"This announcement marks yet another milestone for Centrinity as it is another strategic step forward in providing organizations across Canada
with our Unified Communications technology," said Myles McGovern. "We have been working closely with BellZinc since announcing our partnership at the beginning of this year. We have made aggressive inroads in the delivery of BellZinc Unified Messaging Service. It is our ongoing strategy to partner with service providers - both in North America and internationally - to provide them with a cost-effective, carrier-class technology that will enable them to leverage their brands and provide enhanced services to their customers."

The official launch of BellZinc Unified Messaging Service is being supported by a national advertising campaign.
