CENTRINITY TO HOST TELECONFERENCE CALL ON WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 13, 2002 TO DISCUSS ITS FIRST QUARTER FISCAL 2002 FINANCIAL RESULTS

RICHMOND HILL, ON, CANADA, February 7, 2002 - Centrinity Inc. (TSE: CTI), the developers of the FirstClass Communications Platform, today announced that it will host a teleconference call on Wednesday February 13, 2002 at 11 a.m. (EST) to discuss the financial results of its first quarter of Fiscal 2002 ended December 31, 2001, which will be released on the same day via news release.

Participants can access the conference call by dialing 416.695.5806 or toll-free at 1.800.273.9672. Centrinity invites participants to send their questions prior to the scheduled conference call via email to Q1CC@centrinity.com. These questions will be addressed during the conference call with Myles McGovern, president and chief executive officer and Jane Mowat, executive vice president and chief financial officer.

For those unable to participate in the conference call at the scheduled time, it will be available for replay via telephone. To access the replay via telephone, please dial 416.695.5800 or toll-free at 1.800.408.3053 and enter the pass code 1076318. The telephone replay will be available approximately one hour following the end of the conference call until February 20, 2002 at midnight.
