CENTRINITY ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES
Richmond Hill, On, Canada, March 27, 2002 - Centrinity Inc. (TSE:CTI), the developers of the FirstClass Communications Platform, today announced that Myles McGovern is stepping down from the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. The Board will immediately commence a search for a new Chief Executive Officer with the objective of having the position filled no later than October 1, 2002, the start of Centrinity's next fiscal year.
In the interim, the Board has formed the Office of the Chief Executive to oversee all of the day to day operations of the Company and to fulfill the duties of the Chief Executive Officer until a successor for Mr. McGovern is named. The office of the Chief Executive will be comprised of Ms. Jane Mowat, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Mr. John Myers who is appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. In his new role, Mr. Myers assumes responsibility for much of the Corporation's day to day operations, including sales, marketing, product management and product engineering. Mr. Myers was previously Centrinity's Executive Vice President Strategic Relations.
