CENTRINITY AND UNICOMMS SIGN AGREEMENT TO DELIVER FIRSTCLASS COMMUNICATIONS PLATFORM TO CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND CHANNEL ISLANDS
Agreement marks first ASP-hosted solution in the United Kingdom; further reinforces Centrinity's go-to-market strategy expanding outreach in key major markets
RICHMOND HILL, ON, CANADA, March 12, 2002 - Centrinity Inc. (TSE: CTI), the developers of the FirstClass Communications Platform, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Unicomms, a Channel Islands-based Applications Service Provider (ASP), to deliver its FirstClass Communications Platform to enterprise and education customers in the United Kingdom and Channel Islands.

Both parties plan to complete the first phase of implementation of Centrinity's FirstClass Communications Platform by the end of this month enabling customers to instantly take advantage of the efficiency and productivity gains provided by FirstClass' Collaborative Groupware and Unified Communications technologies. Through this agreement, Unicomms will host FirstClass and offer it through select resellers to their customers in the United Kingdom.
"Our collaboration with Newtel provides Unicomms with access to bandwidth direct to local businesses, to the United Kingdom and mainland Europe via Unicomms FirstClass Unified Communications server, which is hosted on the backbone of Newtel's network, added Mr. Le Couilliard.
