CENTRINITY TO HOST TELECONFERENCE CALL ON THURSDAY MAY 16, 2002 TO DISCUSS ITS SECOND QUARTER FISCAL 2002 FINANCIAL RESULTS
Jane Mowat, executive vice president and chief financial officer, John Myers, executive vice president and chief operating officer, and Bruce Horton, vice president of finance and administration to host call

RICHMOND HILL, ON, CANADA, May 9, 2002 - Centrinity Inc. (TSE: CTI), the developers of the FirstClass Communications Platform, today announced that it will host a teleconference call on Thursday May 16, 2002 at 11 a.m. (EST) to discuss Fiscal 2002 financial results for its second quarter and six-month period ended March 31, 2002, which will be released on the same day via news release.

Participants can access the conference call by dialing 416.405.9230.  Centrinity invites participants to send their questions prior to the scheduled conference call via email to Q2CC@centrinity.com. These questions will be addressed during the conference call with Jane Mowat, executive vice president and chief financial officer, John Myers, executive vice president and chief operating officer, and Bruce Horton, vice president of finance and administration.

For those unable to participate in the conference call at the scheduled time, it will be available for replay via telephone. To access the replay via telephone, please dial 416.695.5800 and enter the pass code 1161787. The telephone replay will be available approximately one hour following the end of the conference call until May 23, 2002 at midnight.
