CENTRINITY TO HOST TELECONFERENCE CALL ON WEDNESDAY AUGUST 21, 2002 TO DISCUSS ITS THIRD QUARTER FISCAL 2002 FINANCIAL RESULTS

TORONTO, CANADA - August 14, 2002 - Centrinity Inc. (TSX: CTI), the developer of the FirstClass Communications Platform, today announced that it will host a teleconference call on Wednesday August 21, 2002 at 11 a.m. (EST) to discuss Fiscal 2002 financial results for its third quarter and nine-month period ended June 30, 2002, which will be released on the same day via news release.
Participants can access the conference call by dialing 416.695.5806. Centrinity invites participants to send their questions prior to the scheduled conference call via email to Q3CC@centrinity.com. These questions will be addressed during the conference call with Jane Mowat, executive vice president and chief financial officer, John Myers, executive vice president and chief operating officer, and Bruce Horton, vice president of finance and administration.
For those unable to participate in the conference call at the scheduled time, it will be available for replay via telephone. To access the replay via telephone, please dial 416.695.5800 and enter the pass code 1245339. The telephone replay will be available approximately one hour following the end of the conference call until Wednesday August 28, 2002 at midnight.
