Description
This is an announcement of the general availability (GA) of FirstClass Client 11.042 for Windows and Mac OS X platforms. US English, UK English, CDN English, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Norwegian, Spanish, and Swedish languages are supported.
The new product versions are:
- FirstClass Client 11.042 for Windows
- FirstClass Client 11.042 for Mac OS X (Intel based Mac support only)
Availability
FirstClass Client 11.042 is now available to existing customers who have a valid maintenance and support contract. FirstClass Update Services will automatically download it to your server. If your server’s Update Services schedule is turned off, you may manually initiate an Update Services request to receive the update.
FirstClass Client 11.042 will also be available shortly for download from both FCOL (fc.firstclass.com) for customers who have a valid maintenance and support contract, and publicly via the FirstClass web site.

New Product Features and Enhancements
The new features and fixes (since FirstClass Client 11.033) are listed in this section.
- Fixed hang on HTML messages translated by IS with style runs starting in the middle of UTF-8 characters.
- Fixed crash when exporting HTML emails with embedded images.
- Increased auto complete time for email addresses.
- Fix for server monitor not being correct size in en-CA.rez.
