for FirstClass® GO and FirstClass Synchronization Services
OpenText is pleased to announce the release of OpenText FirstClass 12.1 Service Pack 1 (SP1) for FirstClass GO and FirstClass Synchronization Services. The newest release of OpenText FirstClass, available now, helps to connect and engage your teams like never before. With a number of new features and fixes to the mobile app for iOS, Android™ and Windows® devices, you can keep your FirstClass content at your fingertips, wherever you are.
What's New in FirstClass 12.1 SP1?
FirstClass GO for iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile
- Mailbox Preferences
New mailbox preference options allow you to go directly to your mailbox when you log on to FirstClass GO, giving you faster access to email.
- First Class Web Services Video Chat for Android
With
peer-to-peer video chat support for Android devices, you can now quickly and easily video chat with your colleagues.
- Voice Services
Customers using Voice Services can now manage their voice greetings and access voice messages, fax messages and text messages in FirstClass GO.
Note: The minimum system prerequisite for FirstClass GO is FirstClass 12.1 Server Build 2137, FirstClass 12.1 Internet Services Build 12.109, and FirstClass Web Services build 12.1.0.019. Some new features may require FirstClass Web Services build 12.1.0.037 or greater. FirstClass GO is compatible with iOS 6.0 or greater, Android 4.3 or greater, and Windows Mobile 8.1 or greater.

Synchronization Services
- HTTP Information
With the new HTTP Information feature, administrators can now query Sync Servers using an HTTP browser and obtain information on various server settings, such as version number, HTTP server configuration, and mobile device configuration.
